Join (create your account)

  1. Go to https://freshfocusai.com.
  2. Click Log in (https://freshfocusai.com/#/login) or Create account (https://freshfocusai.com/#/createaccount).
  3. Choose Google sign-in (recommended), or Facebook or Amazon or email/password, then confirm your email. This will start your free trial.

Invoices & receipts
- View/download anytime from Account (top right user icon) → Billing
- Update payment method or billing email there as well.

Unsubscribe (cancel)

Membership

  1. Go to Account (top right user icon)→ Membership.
  2. Click Cancel Membership and confirm.
  3. You keep access through the end of your current billing period; no future renewals.

Delete User Data

If you want to remove your account and all stored data, go to Account (top right user icon) → Privacy.
- Click Delete Conversation History to delete your conversation history data. - Click Delete All User Data to delete all user data (insights, conversation history, files).

⚠️ This is permanent and removes chats, tasks, files, and insights.

FAQ

Will I be charged during the trial?
No. If you cancel before the 7th day, you won’t be charged.

Can I switch payment methods?
Yes—use Credit Card Information in the Billing section.

Do you offer refunds?
Plans are month-to-month; refunds aren’t typical, but reach out if something went wrong and we’ll help.
